Therapeutic indications 

-Promotes relaxation and mental balance.
-Helps regulate sleep disorders.
-Helps combat physical and mental fatigue.

Composition 

Per daily dose:

• Ashwagandha Root Hydroglycerin Extract – 250mg;
• Lavender Flowers ge – 200mg;
• Melatonin - 1mg.

Dosage and Administration 
Take 1 - 2ml a day (with a graduated dropper), in the form or diluted in a little water, at night before going to bed.
