Per ampoule (10 ml):

• Reishi biological extract (Ganoderma lucidum) – 1600mg;
• Organic Sunshine Mushroom Extract (Agaricus blazei) – 1500mg;
• Maitake biological extract (Grifola frondosa) – 1500mg;
• Organic Shiitake Extract (Lentinula edodes) – 1500mg:
• Cordyceps biological powder (Cordyceps sinensis) – 300mg;
• Camu-camu fruit (organic Myrciaria dubia) – 250mg;
• Biological extract of Cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis) – 150mg;
• Polyporus Extract (Polyporus umbellatus) – 100mg;
• Vitamin E - 6mg;
• Vitamin A – 400ug;
• Vitamin D – 2,50ug.

Per capsule (514 mg):

• Organic Polyporus Extract (Polyporus umbellatus) – 400mg.

Dosage and Administration 
1- Shake the vial (Mico-Vial) before opening it and swallowing. 
2- Remove the capsule (Mico-Extract) and drink it with a glass of water. 
Recommended daily dose (during the first week): 1 Mico-Extract + 1 Mico-Vial every 24 hrs. 
Take on an empty stomach before breakfast or a meal (or as recommended by your doctor). Shake before use. 
Recommended daily dose (from the second week): 1 Mico-Extract + 1 Mico-Vial every 12 hours. 
Take on an empty stomach before breakfast and dinner (or follow your doctor's recommendation). Shake before use. 
If you are already taking mushroom extracts: 1 Mico-Extract + 1 Mico-Vial every 12 hrs.
