Composition
Per 2 capsules: Concentrated Omega 3 Fish Oil Extract 480 mg (containing 34,56 mg of DHA and 51,84 mg of EPA), Royal Jelly 300 mg, Ashwagandha KSM66^TM 200 mg, Ginseng (containing at least 30% ginsenosides) 200 mg, Rhodiola (containing at least 3% rosavin and 1% salidroside) 200 mg, Vitamin B₁ 1,1 mg (100% NRV*), Vitamin B₆ 1,4 mg (100% NRV*), Vitamin B₁₂ 2,5 µg (100% VRN*), Folic Acid 200 μg (100% VRN*), Pantothenic Acid 6 mg (100% VRN*), Biotin 50 μg (100% VRN*), Niacin 16 mg NE (100% VRN*), Vitamin C 80 mg (100% VRN*), Zinc 10 mg (100% VRN*). * Nutrient Reference Value.

Dosage and Administration
1 capsule 2 times a day, preferably before breakfast and lunch. If necessary, you can take up to 2 capsules 2 times a day.
