• Insomnia and sleep disturbances;

Composition
For 2 capsules:

Eschscholzia californica (micronized vegetable) - 100mg
GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) - 100mg
Passiflora incarnata (dry extract at 5:1) - 70mg
Tryptophan - 50mg
L-5- hydroxytryptophan - 50mg
(5-HTP from standardized Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract)
Melatonin - 1mg

Dosage and Administration
Take 2 capsules one hour before bedtime. Daily dose = 2 capsules.
