Composition
For 2 capsules:
Bacillus coagulans - 100mg
Lactobacillus rhamnosus - 80mg
Lactobacillus acidophilus - 80mg
Bifidobacterium bifidum - 80mg
Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis - 80mg

Dosage and Administration
Take 2 capsules a day with water, 15 minutes before eating.
Daily dose = 2 capsules.
