Composition 

• Flax seed oil* 82%.
• Hemp seed oil* 11.5%,
• Avocado oil* 3%,
• Pumpkin seed oil* 3%,
• 0,25% vanilla oil,
• Orange peel oil* 0,25%.

Dosage and Administration 
Take one (1) to three (3) teaspoons with a meal, or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
1 - 2 years = 1 teaspoon per day
2 - 6 years = 2 teaspoons per day
+6 years = 3 teaspoons per day

This oil can be added to fruit or vegetable smoothies, salad dressings, sauces, soups or as a condiment for vegetables, pasta, rice, potatoes etc ... or take directly from the spoon.
