Ingredients

• Wholemeal millet flour* 100%, thiamine (according to regulations). *from organic farming.

How to use 
Alternatively, you can also prepare cereal porridge with 130ml of breast milk, 200ml of whole milk or water or with a Holle infant milk made from cow's or goat's milk (150 - 170 ml).

Cereal and fruit porridge: Mix 2 tablespoons of whole grain cereal flakes with 100g of Holle fruit jar and 1 teaspoon of Holle baby food oil and add water if necessary.

Heat 100ml of whole milk and 100ml of water to around 50ºC.
Add 6 level tablespoons (25g) of whole grain flakes.
Mix well, let the porridge thicken for a few moments and make sure that the intake temperature is appropriate (37ºC).

Presentation 
Packaging with 250 grams.
