St. John's wort is also useful in psychosomatic situations, resulting from physical manifestations of anxiety, such as tachycardia, nervous colitis, migraines, muscle pains and nervous breathing difficulties, as in the situation of neurovegetative dystonia. S. João herb helps, in case of insomnia and prolonged stress, minimizing its effects.

DOSAGE: 1 capsule, 1 to 3 times a day, with meals.
