Ingredients:

millet * 60%, split peas * 20%, broken red lentils * 20%. * organic farming IT-BIO-009 Non EU farming.

Usage Suggestions:

Put a pot of boiling water. Add a pinch of salt if necessary. Add the contents (80g per serving) and cook for 10 minutes. Drain and season to taste.
