Composition
Per 1 tablet:

Iodine (from Potassium Iodide) (225 mcg) (150% VRN*), Sodium (5 mg) (5% VRN), Potassium (from Potassium Iodide and Chloride) (99 mg). *VRN: Nutrient Reference Value.
Other Ingredients: Cellulose, Croscarmellose Sodium Stearic Acid (vegetable source) Sodium Alginate, Silica and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).

Dosage and Administration
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.
