Therapeutic indications:
Bach Flower Originals are natural essences prepared from flowers, wild trees and spring water, which help to recover and restore emotional balance. Each essence is associated with an emotion and its respective positive effect.

The Rock Rose state can start manifesting itself as an everyday fear of the type Mimulus or Red Chestnut and, as it unfolds, it becomes a state of panic, with attacks of terror that darken thought and reason to the point of making decisions conscious. something practically impossible.

The floral will provide calm and courage. It will even cause us to forget fear as courage is restored.

Dr. Bach commented that this floral should be used in situations of emergency or intense fear, both for the patient and the people around him. Rock Rose is an excellent floral for these types of intense fears, unfortunately, many people, live with this fear constantly and for a lifetime.

Composition:
Aqueous solution of Helianthemum nummularium, preserved in alcohol at 27º GL.

Dosage and Administration:
Water Glass Method:
• In case of temporary moods or transient problems:
 - Place 2 drops of each flower in a glass of water, take in small sips until you feel relieved.
• For more prolonged problems:
 - Drink the contents of the glass throughout the day, divided into at least 4 times.
 - You should keep the glass in a cool place, in the fridge for example, and prepare a new one every day.

Direct Method:
• With the dropper, apply 2 drops directly on the tongue.

Treatment Bottle Method:
Indicated for more chronic problems, it is the most economical method because its flowers will last longer.

• In an empty 30ml dropper bottle, add 2 drops of each desired flower, filling the rest of the bottle with mineral water.
• From that bottle take 4 drops, at least 4 times a day, either in a glass of water or directly on the tongue.
• The Treatment Bottles preserve their properties for 2 or 3 weeks, if you store them in a cool place, such as the refrigerator.
 - If you do not have the opportunity to preserve them in the cold, add a teaspoon of brandy to them before adding the mineral water, which will help the water to remain healthy. 
 - If you prefer, you can use cider vinegar or glycerin instead of brandy.

In any of the methods presented, an "emergency" formula can be prepared for more critical situations or more difficult periods of crisis.
To do this, just double the recommended dose, that is, put 4 drops of each flower instead of two.
