Dosage and Administration:
Inside the plush, remove the cherry stone pillow and place it in the microwave for a maximum of 1 minute. Put the pillow back inside the plush.
This pillow can also be used as a cold compress, just be cooled in the freezer compartment and put back inside the plush.
