- Oral route: 1 drop per day. To be diluted in a teaspoon of honey or in a cup of tea. - Dermal route: massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops in 10 ml of vegetable oil. - Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops, according to your preference or, depending on the size of the room. - Massage oil for sore muscles and joints: Galery OE: 2 gts, Rosemary OE: 1 gt, Juniper OE: 1 gt, Citron Eucalyptus OE: 2 gts, Maritime Pine OE: 1 gt. To be diluted in 10 ml (= 1 tablespoon) of a vegetable oil of your choice.
