Combine in a Blender:
– 1 teaspoon of powdered guarana
– 1 teaspoon of acai powder
– 1 spoon of maca powder 200grs of fruit or berries
– 1 tablespoon of hulled hemp seeds
– 2 tablespoons raw honey or other sweetener
– 1 large cup of almond/rice or oat milk
– Beat all the ingredients and serve.
