How to use 
In the case of whole seeds with husk, it is advisable to demulch them beforehand for easy digestion, or crush them with a coffee grinder to break the husk.
Both can be used in sweet and savory recipes, in raw chocolates, energy balls, smoothies and desserts or snacks, and in the case of whole seeds they are also suitable for making hemp milk.
Maximum recommended daily dosage – 20 to 30g (2 to 3 tablespoons).

Whole Hemp Seeds – Hemp Milk
– Put 1 cup of ground hemp seeds, 4 cups of water in a blender and blend. Strain it all through a fine cloth to separate the milk from the solids. Add 1 pinch of sea salt, 5 drops of vanilla extract or 1/2 a stick of vanilla to the milk and mix again.

– Put a heaped tablespoon over breakfast cereals, or warm soup, or in yogurts or smoothies, or food dishes.
