Composition 

• Oil of Oenothera biennis (Onagra 1st cold pressing) 10% GLA (omega 6) 200 mg,

• Fish oil 30% (omega 3) 200 mg,
• DL-alpha tocopherol (Vitamin E) 2,5 mg, 

Dosage and Administration 
Take 2-3 soft capsules a day with main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
