Therapeutic indications

Composition 

• Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L. ; leaves) 20%, Horsetail (Equisetum arvense L. ; plant) 20%, St. Robert's Wort (Geranium robertianum L. ; plant) 20%, Always Bride (Polygonum aviculare L. ; plant) 20%, Hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha L. ; tops) 10%, Common Nettle (Urtica dioica L. ; plant) 10%.

Dosage and Administration
Add 2 heaping tablespoons to approximately half a liter of boiling water. Wait 4 to 5 minutes and drink the tea hot or cooled with ice cubes. No need to add sugar. You can have up to 3 cups throughout the day.
