Cod Liver Oil 50 mg, Royal Jelly 50 mg, Vitamin A 244 µg (30% VRN*), Vitamin B2 0,53 mg (38% VRN*), Vitamin C 20 mg (25% VRN*), Vitamin D3 3,2 µg (64% NRV).
30 ml (Adults):
Cod Liver Oil 150 mg, Royal Jelly 150 mg, Vitamin A 732 μg (92% VRN*), Vitamin B2 1,6 mg (114% VRN*), Vitamin C 60 mg (75% VRN*), Vitamin D3 9,6 µg (192% VRN*).

Dosage and Administration
Adults: Take a measure of 10 ml 3 times a day, with meals.
Children: Take a measure of 5 ml 2 times a day, with meals.
