Chocolate Bonbons with Gojies
– Melt 100g of cocoa butter in a bain-marie and add to a mixer with
125g of cocoa nibs,
125g of Goji Berries and
1 teaspoon of lemon peel.
After mixing, pour into molds and allow to solidify in the refrigerator.
