Preparation of Nat-Ali gluten-free bifidus organic powder 12g is made on the basis of lyophilized yeasts for desserts fermented with bifidus
Ingredients:
Lean powder MILK *, Bifidobacterium lactis, Streptocaccus thermophilus, lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. Bulgaricus.
* certified organic farming. EU agriculture.
Preparation:
Use clean utensils and UHT (animal) milk (in case of fresh milk, pre-boil and allow to cool before using).
Carefully dissolve the yeast in 2 tablespoons of milk and then add the rest of the milk (1 serving for ½ L).
According to your recipe, add sugar, candy, flavorings, etc. Pour into glasses and place in the yogurt maker for 8 to 10 hours (according to yogurt maker instructions).
Allow to cool in the refrigerator a few hours before consuming.
These fermented desserts are kept in the refrigerator for 7 days.
The desserts obtained can be used up to 5 times (in good hygiene conditions) to make new desserts. As the Bifidobacterium lactis strain does not replicate again, you will get classic fermented desserts.
Conservation Conditions:
Keep away from heat and light. For better efficiency, you can keep yeast in the refrigerator.
