Per 45ml:

• Silicic Acid - 105mg
• Silicon - 30mg
• Nettle (Urtica dioica) - 3,375mg
• Methylsulfonylmethane - 1500mg
• D-Glucosamine Sulfate 2 KCl - 1500mg
• Chondroitin Sulfate - 800mg
• Zinc Gluconate - 10,8mg
• Zinc - 1,55mg (15,5% VRN *)
• Copper Gluconate - 1,287mg
• Copper - 180µg (18% VRN*)

Dosage and Administration
Shake before using. Take 15 ml, 3 times a day: in the morning on an empty stomach, at noon and in the evening. Use for 3 months is recommended.
