Usage Suggestions:
Base recipe:
Ingredients: 1 sachet of Lêveda de Rye Biovegan, 700g of wheat flour, 300g of wheat flour rye, 2 sachets of Biovegan BIOLOGICAL Yeast (18g), 2 teaspoons of salt, 750ml of warm water.
Preparation: Mix all dry ingredients. Add the water and knead well. Cover and let stand for 2 hours in a warm place. Knead again and place in a greased bread pan. Place in the cold oven. Place a bowl of water in the oven. Bake at 180-200 ºC for approx. 80 min Remove from the oven and let it cool.
