Flour of lupine*, thickener: locust bean flour *, corn flour *, flax protein *, sunflower protein *. * from organic farming.
Usage Suggestions:
You can use the organic egg substitute vegetable powder preparation in sweet recipes like waffles, pancakes or cakes. It can also be used in the preparation of other dishes such as potato or vegetable pastries or breaded. It is not suitable for the preparation of fried foods.
Preparation:
1 Whole egg = 5g of the powdered vegetable preparation + 50ml of sparkling water.
For the whole sachet (20g) use 200ml of sparkling water.
Mix the organic egg substitute powdered vegetable preparation with sparkling water and other liquid ingredients. Shake well. Mix all the dry ingredients well and then add to the liquid ingredients mixture, until a uniform dough is obtained.
