Borage is a medicinal plant, also known as Rubber, Barra-chimarrona, Barrage or Soot, widely used in the treatment of respiratory problems.

The scientific name of the borage is Borago officinalis.

Borage is used to help treat cough, catarrh, colds, flu, cold, bronchitis, nasal and genitourinary inflammation, cholesterol, PMS and skin problems.

How to use borage:
