How to use

Preparation method for an oat bread weighing approximately 850g:
Water and yeast
1. Mix the contents of the package with a packet of dry yeast and 500ml of warm water. If you want, you can use fresh yeast. In this case, dissolve half a cube of fresh yeast in warm water before adding to the mixture.
2. Stir with the help of a mixer with dough hooks for at least 5 minutes or until you obtain a homogeneous dough and then place it in a greased pan (loaf pan measuring approximately 25 cm).
3. Distribute the dough evenly in the pan and brush the top with plenty of water and then with oil.
4. Cover with foil and let rise for 20 minutes in a warm place.

6. After baking, immediately remove the bread from the pan and let it cool on a wire rack before cutting it.
