How to use
Preparation with milk and egg: 3 eggs, 110g of butter and 130ml of milk.

1 - Preheat the oven (upper and lower heaters) to 175ºC. Do not use air circulation (in the case of a convection oven).
2 - Place the contents of the package in a bowl.
3 - Add 3 eggs, 110g of soft butter and 130ml of milk.
4 - Beat with an electric mixer until the mixture is homogeneous.
5 - Distribute the dough in a greased pan - English cake pan (26cm) or a round pan with a hole in the middle (26cm in diameter).
6 - Smooth the surface and bake in the oven for about 65 minutes.
7 - Allow the cake to cool for about 15 minutes before removing it from the pan.

Notes: You can use margarine instead of butter. You can use soy drink instead of cow's milk.
