How to use
Crispy muesli:
- Ingredients (weekly amount for 1 person): 500g of Flakes with 6 whole grains, 4 tablespoons of honey, 50g of butter, 75ml of water, 2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds, 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds .
- Preparation: Heat the butter, honey and water until the butter is dissolved. Mix the remaining ingredients and spread on a tray. Place the pan in the convection oven preheated to 160ºC for 30 minutes to toast. If the oven has upper and lower resistances, preheat the oven to 175ºC and leave the door slightly open, so that the water can evaporate. Stir the mixture 2 to 3 times, making sure that it is not too dark. Allow the Crunchy Muesli to cool and store it in a dry place in an airtight container.
