Composition 
Per 1 capsule:

• Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) - 100mg;
• Passionflower flower and leaf, dry extract – 50mg;
• California Poppy aerial parts, dry extract – 50mg;
• Bitter orange blossom, dry extract – 25mg;
• Linden flower, dry extract – 25mg;
• Flower hops, dry extract – 25mg;
• Melatonin - 1mg.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: Maltodextrin; Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) 22,2%; Capsule (Gelifying: Gelatin); Passiflora flower and leaf, dry extract (Passiflora incarnata) 11,1%; California poppy aerial parts, dry extract (Eschscholzia californica) 11,1%; Bitter orange blossom, dry extract (Citrus aurantium) 5,55%; Linden flower, dry extract (Tilia platyphyllos) 5,55%; Flower hops, dry extract (Humulus lupulus) 5,55%; Melatonin 0,18%; Anti-caking agent: Magnesium stearate; Anti-caking agent: Silicon dioxide.

Dosage and Administration:
Take 1 capsule two hours before bedtime.
