Use

Pour 2/3 tablespoons, or 10 grams of tea, in about 2/3 deciliters of cold water. Bring to the boil and boil for 5 minutes. Remove and leave to infuse. After straining, take 3 times a day, between meals, warm or cold, with or without sugar or sweetener.
