How to use 
You can use it as a sweetener and flavoring in energy bars, shakes, juices, desserts, ice cream, yogurts, cereals and sweet cooked recipes.
Recommended Maximum Daily Dosage – 3g (1 teaspoon) to 9g.

Banana Powder – Healthy Banana Crackers
- Ingredients:
1 cup chopped walnuts, 1 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup wholemeal flour, 1 and 1/4 teaspoons baking powder, 1 and 1/4 teaspoons Ceylon cinnamon powder, 3 tablespoons banana powder, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, 1 tablespoon coconut oil, 1/4 cup almond milk
Place dry ingredients in a food processor (except coconut oil and almond milk) and mix.
Add coconut oil and mix again.
Gradually add the rice milk to the mixture to create a dough. When you get a sticky mass, with 1 dessertspoon put the mixture in cookie molds or directly on a surface greased with coconut oil.
Cook in oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Let cool and enjoy with a glass of almond milk or hemp milk or rice milk.
