Complex B is a supplement with B vitamins, vitamin E and C, in a set of 10 vitamins in synergy. Vitamins C, B6 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.

Vitamins B1, B3 B5, B6, B8 and B12 contribute to normal energy-producing metabolism. Vitamins B2 and E contribute to the protection of cells against unwanted oxidation.

ADVICE ON USE

Adults: Take 2 capsules a day, preferably with a meal.
