In a blender, whip the cream: ricotta cream, milk, eggs, salt, black pepper, nutmeg and the spices you want and reserve. Couscous Moroccan With Vegetables
Ingredients

½ cup of Moroccan Couscous tea

Vegan bean brownie
Ingredients
1 and 1/2 cup of black bean tea cooked without seasoning
1 cup brown sugar tea
1/2 cup of fine rolled oatmeal tea
3 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 cup chopped dark chocolate tea
How to Prepare
Cook the black beans with water only. After cold, drain to keep only the grains. Beat the beans in the processor with the sugar, oats, coconut oil, vanilla extract and cocoa powder. Mango Cream with Coconut
Ingredients
1 chopped mango
4 tablespoons of coconut milk
4 tablespoons of grated coconut
1 tablespoon of sugar or sweetener
Preparation
Chop 1 whole mango and freeze. In the processor place the frozen mango, 4 tablespoons of coconut milk, 4 tablespoons of grated coconut, 1 tablespoon of sugar. And beat well until it becomes a cream, serve then and enjoy.
Vegan chocolate mousse
Ingredients
1/2 avocado
2 ripe bananas
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
How to Prepare
Beat all the ingredients in a blender until you have a homogeneous cream. Pour into jars and serve chilled with mint leaves.
